Personal lessons are recommended for those who have never competed before or want to learn the fundamentals thoroughly.  

They are also useful for clarifying anything unclear from group seminars, improving essential elements like walking and movement for competitions, or overcoming personal challenges.  

Lessons will be tailored to each competitor’s needs, so feel free to consult and discuss your goals.

※Video recording or audio recording during lessons is prohibited (recording of your own posing or walking is allowed).

※50-minute lessons include Q&A (Total time at the studio: 60 minutes, including changing time).

※Questions regarding posing techniques after the individual lesson will only be accepted for one week (this is a policy to ensure fairness).

【Cancellation Policy】

・Studio rental cancellations: 100% charge if within 10 days

・Lesson cancellations: 50% charge if the day before, 100% charge if the same day
